Tick Child (Demo)

Tick Child is a surreal/horror text-based puzzle game that follows young Clara, who awakes alone in an unfamiliar room and sets off to find her parents.

Wander the corridors of Brenbow hotel, evading danger and meeting the occasional friend. Art by yours truly, with music from Crow Shade. Tick Child can be downloaded or played in your browser.

Do note that this is my first attempt a proper, playable game, and that, in its current form, this demo is very, very short. At most, maybe 7-8 minutes. I plan to add much more to it and eventually get it to the point of being a full, complete experience.

Also: If you play in your browser, leave, and return later, you may encounter issues with music not playing. It's recommended to just reset if this happens.
